Your goals

Technical skills

At the end of the training, you will be able to create digital training courses using MS Office and an eLearning authoring tool. In addition to creating interactive content, you add sound to your training sessions and synchronize text, image and soundtrack. You will also learn how to output digital training courses in different formats (SCORM & HTML) and make them available on a learning platform.

Didactic skills

You will learn, with the help of recognized concepts (ISD & ADDIE), to convert complex learning problems into digital training after a thorough needs analysis. Using a syllabus you created and standardized processes, you link digital methods with your learning goals and thus create effective and efficient training.

Our modules

Basics - 1,5 days

First, a common working basis is created. A consistent vocabulary is just as important as an understanding of the basic functions of the MS Office tools.

This is followed by a refresher course on learning and teaching.

Methods - 2 days

At the beginning we will examine the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and the ADDIE model as a basis for the creation of training programs. This is followed by the description of learning objectives using the Blooms taxonomy and the creation of a syllabus. Finally, a topic for the practical part of this training is determined together with the coaches.

Tools and practice - 3,5 days

In this module it gets concrete: You get to know an authoring tool and how to use it. Subsequently, with the support of the coaches, you work on your own projects and create a SCORM. At the end you will receive a certificate confirming your participation in the eLearning author training course.
