This course trains cabin and cockpit crews to raise awareness of incapacitation in-flight. It provides measures to understand the causes of incapacitation and to recognize and take suitable actions to ensure the safety of the aircraft. Moreover, you will learn more about preventing and mitigating the degradation of mental and/or physical performance.
