Revocation instruction WBT and revocation form (end consumer)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us - ACEP eTraining GmbH - of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (email to office.etraining@acepgroup.de). You can use the model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we have to repay all payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

In the case of a contract for the delivery of digital content that is not on a physical data carrier, the right of withdrawal expires if we have started to execute the contract and a participant has viewed a course element of the booked WBT after you have expressly consented to our execution of the contract before the expiry of the cancellation period and you have confirmed that you are aware that by giving your consent you will lose your right of cancellation at the beginning of the execution of the contract.
